Accurate, timely Beneficial Ownership Information filing for businesses that still need to file, so you stay compliant with federal reporting requirements.
Beneficial Ownership Reporting Has Changed. Let's Sort Out Where You Stand.
The rules for beneficial ownership information reporting have shifted several times, and the advice out there is hard to untangle. We understand how confusing this has been. If your company was formed under foreign law and registered to do business in the U.S., you may still have to file, and a mistake can be costly. With more than 40 years of tax experience, Altitude Accounting will check where your business stands and, if you need to file, handle it accurately and on time.
Guessing Wrong Costs You Either Way
If you're required to file and you don't, you could face penalties and delays. If you're not required to file and pay for a report anyway, you've wasted money. You shouldn't have to guess which side you're on, and with the right help, you won't.

Do I Need to File a BOI Report?
BOI filing requirements have changed under the Corporate Transparency Act. Here's where things stand under FinCEN's current rule:
Companies created in the U.S. are exempt.
That includes LLCs and corporations formed in Georgia or any other state. You don't need to file a BOI report.
Foreign companies registered in the U.S. may still need to file.
If your company was formed under the law of a foreign country and registered to do business in a U.S. state, you may still have to file, unless it qualifies for an exemption.
